Australian Scientist Attributes Bermuda Triangle Disappearances to Natural Factors

n area of the North Atlantic Ocean popularly known as the Bermuda Triangle has long been associated with unexplained disappearances and maritime mysteries. However, an Australian scientist is asserting that these occurrences are not supernatural in origin, attributing them instead to readily explainable scientific factors.
Karl Kruszelnicki contends that decades of speculation surrounding the region can be resolved through established science and data analysis. He posits that the area’s reputation stems from its status as a busy shipping lane coupled with frequently severe and unpredictable weather conditions—factors which inevitably contribute to incidents, often compounded by human error.
Kruszelnicki’s perspective is supported by prominent institutions including Lloyd’s of London, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). These organizations lend further credence to his explanation that there are no extraordinary forces at play within the Bermuda Triangle.
