Samsung Galaxy Tablets: Potential Specifications Leak Ahead of Launch

According to a report on Deallabs by contributor bill-bil kun—a recognized source for gaming industry information—the forthcoming Galaxy Tab S11, Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, and Galaxy Tab S10 Lite are shaping up to be noteworthy upgrades.

The leak arrives as Samsung has not released a standard model in its flagship tablet series since the 2023 launch of the Galaxy Tab S9; the subsequent generation focused on an “Ultra” variant. The newly revealed details appear consistent with expected advancements for a new generation, though their accuracy remains unconfirmed.

The anticipated Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is slated to feature a 14.6-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2960 x 1848—matching the dimensions and resolution of its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Both the Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra are reportedly powered by the MediaTek MT6691 chipset, which is identified as the Dimensity 9400—a substantial upgrade from the Dimensity 9300+ used in last year’s models. The Galaxy Tab S11 is predicted to include 12GB of RAM and an 8400mAh battery, while the Ultra may offer configurations with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM alongside an 11,600mAh battery. Both are expected to support 45W fast charging.

Storage options for the Galaxy Tab S11 are projected to include 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB configurations, while the Ultra will reportedly offer 256GB, 512GB, or a maximum of 1TB—the latter option purportedly paired with 16GB of RAM. A common feature across both high-end models is anticipated to be a 13MP main camera, a 12MP front-facing camera, four speakers, WiFi 6E (WiFi 7 for the Ultra), Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, and an integrated S Pen, with optional 5G capability.

The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite is envisioned to incorporate a 10.9-inch display with a resolution of 2112 x 1320, powered by an Exynos 1380 chipset—the same processor found in the Galaxy Tab S10 FE. This model is slated for an 8000mAh battery with 25W wired charging, an 8MP main camera and a 5MP selfie camera, two speakers, WiFi 6 connectivity, and Bluetooth 5.3. It’s anticipated to be available in variants with 6GB of RAM/128GB storage or 8GB of RAM/256GB storage.
